Humor might have the effect of any pill on you, plus a lot of advantages. First, it's a non-invasive threatment, and it doesn't have secondary effects. Also, humor offers the benefits of a combination of lots of medicines. ¿Do you know a drug that heals itself your breathing, bile, spleen, circulation, muscles and insomnia?
The humor and the individual
Medically, many benefits of laughing have been detected in the body. Laughing produces a diapragmatic movement that moves the double of the habitual air to the lungs. A similar vibe is produced in the liver, so, the digestion is improved.
The circulation also gets better because the heart gets stronger and the arterian muscles relaxes, so, the hypertension is reduced.
Also, laughing exercises the facial muscles and helps healing insomnia because this exercise makes people feel a little tired. It also activates the endorphines production, making people really happy.

Humorist Laureano Marquez says humor doesn't only have benefits for the individuals: it also benefits the society. 1. Get the individual laugh with humoristic publications, books or tv shows.
2. Laughing in group has more benefits than individual one. Meet a group of friends, family or job partners, and tell life experiences. Go to laughing-therapy groups or go to stand up comedy shows.
3. If none of those alternatives worked, remember your funny moments and laugh of them again.
4. The last choice if the bad mood is really big: "get a smiley of those that the 'imperialist fast food restaurants' usually give, look at yourself in the mirror and put this artificial laugh in front of your sadness. When the visual sign gets to your brain, you'll cheat on it. The brain will think you're happy and will produce the chemical sustances associated to laugh. It works. Believe me!"
